Keilin_4, Congratulations. You must feel great in your new wardrobe. This is my first comment and likely the last. I shed 40 lbs from June 7 to September 11 by setting and adhering to a 1400 cal to limit. Slacks went from a very snug 38 to 34. Challenge is not to yo-yo which I've done before. I'm happy for you Keilin Just got tired of being a chub. My challenge is to not
