What I like about OMAD is that I'm stuffed after a 17xx calorie meal in one sitting. STUFFED! Air fried wings with an egg wash and crushed pork rinds, beer, plantain chips nutter butter cookie, splash of wine, splash of vodka, splash of mango nectar. I am a mad scientist and I'm not changing a thing.

OMAD is awesome. I have been sticking with OMAD for about 3 months now. Just came off a 3 week total stall (gained 1.4 kg!) but now I've had a WHOOSH overnight of 2.4 kg and a further kg since! I was just about ready to give it away.. so glad I perservered. You look awesome! Well done :)

Questions for you - if you have a minute? OMAD meal - assuming that's after the gym? What do you drink throughout the day, and do you use supplements? I used MIO sport and lime water with himalayan salt throughout the day yesterday - it was my first strength training day - but not sure if that's good, and thinking I need some supplements to replace fruit & veggies...

Sorry meant to start with - you look fabulous!

Thanks @thenester. I don't use supplements often but I probably could finish up the one I have in my office drawer called Xtend Go (Supports muscle growth & recovery, supports energy & focus, replenishes electrolytes). I am on the fence with supplements as I feel one should use real foods. Our body's are real right? Another thing, I hardly go to the gym (I avg 4 times per month and they vary in length [yesterday was 15 minutes and most others are somewhere between 30 - 50 minutes]) I am serious. I will ask my gym to print out my visits and post it up here in the future. I would rather be outside working in my yard and then thereafter, sipping on a glass of wine, beer, or a little whiskey. Thanks so much!

@thenester, sorry I didn't answer the the drink throughout the day question. I drink water with Himalayan salt (sodium chloride) and No-salt or the equivalent salt substitute (potassium chloride) in it. The electrolytes in the human body are sodium, potassium, calcium, bicarbonate, magnesium, chloride, phosphate. I eat all veggies but hardly fruit except berries, my choice. I am hardly fatigued so I'm guessing my body is telling me to keep doing what I am doing.

Thanks @RiverratJ. Wow, I'm blushing. Yes it's possible to see on me too, LOL. I'm still riding my Harley but haven't in a few weeks because I need to keep up this momentum.
