I just watched a scam video about the miracle of the aboriginal's diet that cures all eyesight problems

As it turns out there is some truth in it, well not so much the abo's diet but the lack of these two macular pigments - lutein, zeaxanthin

Anyway, a part of this story is …. for the body to absorb these (and others) nutrients a little fat is required

(As the website describes) "So, if you want to improve your eyesight, I'm afraid it's munching on leafy greens (taken with some fats to help absorb these fat-soluble chemicals) that will do the best job"

SO what Im trying to point out whilst we are all on our quest to banish the fat and slim trim lose weight

There is an importance to eating some fats !!
