Thanks for the support. I should flesh out my journal entry :) In summary, my weight has been between 76-78kg for a month. My weight loss has plateaued, below my original goal, and I am keen to lose a further 6-8Kg given my current fitness levels this feels right.
However, my immediate goal is to achieve a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
This short period of efforts towards weight loss opened up for me (and hopefully my family) a world of new opportunity. Still, the biggest challenges we face is ahead of us.
