Mine is usually right around 100..

When I am fasting I wake up to 70-80. When I have eaten the night before I can go 90-110... I prefer to fast :)

Thank you. Nobody seems to test insulin as part of an annual physical. This seems to me to be important information when assessing health.

They often infer BG levels too, from A1c. Odd.
