I wish I was able to hold out until 3:00pm because AFTER eating all this... now - I'm - 'hungry' :( Gonna see if there are any fat bombs left from last week...

Tell yourself that was your Sunday evening meal!! Got to start to train yourself to not binge. Very hard to do and will take time. Baby steps :)

@CrashtestDawnie - I know! Grrr sometimes it is so hard being me :) I have to wait at least two hours to digest this some, but after that I can go for a run (ironically around 3:00pm). That would allow me to make it to dinner...

@chrisw77 - Yeah real food you have to actually cook! Haha

@jengetfit123 - It was delicious! And, for a normal person, very filling and would hold you an entire day. *I* however had a minor blood sugar spike after I ate it and got hungry. A frozen Lemon Cheesecake Fat Bomb was able to calm me down but I wanted to dive into the pantry for every carb I could find. It has passed and I am fine now. My blood reading is now 96 (had I eaten normal carbs it would be pegged at 150+ and stayed there all day).

Keep plugging away. Seems like lots of people on this site also have all sorts of diseases. I am learning a lot of medical terms. Lots of very smart nonmedical people here.
