sorry about this but I'm about to rant. I really don't know what to do each morning I carefully measure out my cereal and milk and then gather my lunch together which is made up of homemade soup and ww yoghurt and fruit. I then come home and have an evening meal which has been carefully made by my hubby who makes aure it is calorie balanced. I even increased my walking but nothing seems to work. one week I lose 2lb then the following week I put 2lb on. I know all of you don't know me and you don't know if I am giving the whole picture, but being honest I do have the odd treat but I don't think I have enough to warrant this weight increase. rant over thank you for reading now back to it and fingers crossed for next weigh in.

yeah that's what I like. just shows that when you let go when on holidays you just don't realise how much a difference it can make. I'm glad that I can still do the right thing and lose. Big thing now is I need to keep it up. 😃

well that's the holiday over with and I'm not surprised that I put weight on you have to relax and just enjoy your time every once in a while. Back to counting and watching what I eat again and hopefully get back on track. New goal lose half a stone by October. I believe that by setting a goal for myself it will help to focus me. Lets watch this space.😞
