Had a good nights sleep and woke up today with a can do attitude. I know that i can lose the weight but keeping it of is another story. I am definitely a stress eater!!! it comforts me when i am feeling down!! But i plan on substituting walking instead of food!! a nice walk around the park should be a good pick me up and a good way to stay active!!

Wow....I really fell off the wagon. It has been 6 months since i have been on here and I am steady gaining weight. I guess going through a divorce has been hard on me. I am ready to get back on track!!!!
