Happy to have gone up a little to my goal weight - difficult to maintain but aiming to do some weights and bouldering to build muscles 💪🏼 and pack on a few pounds!

Found a delicious recipe for a meatless chilli - paired with brown rice it was delicious and my partner (still eats some meat) said it was even better than the meat alternative!! I put the maple syrup at the end as suggested and we both loved it!

I joined up to fat secret last year after becoming a vegetarian and cutting out processed foods - I lost a lot of weight within a few months and had worried friends and family although I was feeling amazing and my weight was within the healthy BMI bracket - my doctor was happy, I was happy, but my friends, families and even strangers would comment on how “skinny” I was - now I realise how a “skinny” comment can be just as damaging as an overweight one. Let’s focus on our health and how we feel rather than how we look :)
