just got back from Serbia and it was a pound a pint 😳 I remember ordering pizza cakes and wine and it costing £6 I may retire there ha ha

after falling off just a little bit too many cheat days here and there I had to drastically kick start this again so 10 days ago I was 76kg so we are moving in the right direction again and when I think about it that's all it really takes to get it moving 2 weeks of strict eating and momentum starts to take over

been relaxing on my diet for the past 7 weeks and this is the result 11kg back on I'm sure 2kg is water but that's how easy it is when you stop focusing which is ok I think I will be back to where I want to be come June ready for summer abs
