Followed very poorly over the Thanksgiving holiday. I ALSO LEARNED MY LESSON BECAUSE I'VE FELT AWFUL! I need suggestions for Keto.... the lettuce and cucumbers around here are awful and the bagged lettuce spoils so quickly... Help!!!!

Hi everyone, been sick this week ended up at Dr's Tuesday, got an antiobiotic. All I've wanted is comfort food. Did well yesterday egg omelette with cheese, bullets proof coffee and cheese for lunch and had a bed of Romaine lettuce with a burger on top with onion. Does anyone find it is difficult to do,keto when not feeling well? And any suggestions are totally welcome!!
Last week food counselor put me know. Multi Vitamin, and also calcium citrate with vita D3
I would like any help I may get from this group. Please feel free to inbox me recipes etc.

Hello everyone!!! Cold crisp day here in Vermont. Roast beef in crockpot w veggies.
I need help once again haha... I need to change my calorie intake on here. Where do I go, what do I do? 🙂
By the way, printing my food journal off here was awesome! Told my food counselor just what he needed to know. Is there a place in this app to record Blood sugars, or do I need a separate app?

Please help... I thought I saw a place where I could print all my food history and exercise history that has been entered. I have an app that at internal medicine tomorrow and would like to bring a printed copy with me.
