Hiya all thanks for all the fantastic support and advice x I really feel good about this now x (maybe different tomorrow) x I will try not to weight myself everyday x but I get so annoyed that I have to wait x all your suggestions are taken on board and I will act on them all thank you 😊 xxxxxxx

Hi all xxx well I don’t know if I’m doing this calorie counting right x. I started at a weight of 22stone 4lb then went up 4lb then down to 61/2 lb then back to 22st 41/2 lb then 22 st 131/2 now 22st 10lb all in a few days x do you think my scales are broken x I can’t do this x
