Noticed my trousers were getting looser so hopped on the scales this morning to confirm this bit of a loss of weight.
I guess the current heat wave 😎has a lot to do with it. I’ve been eating porridge and prunes for dinner every night to save cooking a meal and sweltering over a hot stove.😅
Need a haircut this week to get on a different wavelength 💇‍♂️.
Wish I could find some navy blue shirts to fit, even the Next ones I tried in collar 19 were hard to move my arms in.

16stones-13lbs weighed in clothes jumper and shoes at 4.15 pm before dinner.
Life has become very depressing with loss of pets and mother passing so bereavement and family illness are to blame plus weight has gone on more because of sitting around being inactive I should think.
Cancelled or postponed should I say hospital appointments because of flu virus danger

16-6 in clothes and footwear. Life is miserable without a few treats. Damned government doesn't help depression.
