just tweaked up a few pounds but happy with the progress and even happier that my diabetic score has come down, for the first time in years i dont have a "come back to see us in 3 months" request from the doctors :)

after having my top set of teeth out and not being able to bite for over 4 weeks it certainly made a difference and showed what i actually put in each day,
also being type 2 diabetic it will hopefully help reduce the score,
just need to keep up losing the weight now
fed up of cup-a-soup though
reached my set goal weight so now need to set a new one, target will be to reach 14 stone dead by july so 8lb to go, suppose the next step will be to exercise, at 60 i dont really fancy that prospect but i got to do something
