Since going off of semaglutide, my appetite has come back and I’m having trouble staying within my calorie allotment for the day. Trying to be more active to counterbalance but have put on 3 pounds in the last week or so. Maybe I should go back on the shots?

.6 pounds away from my goal! I still need to lose another 20 pounds so once I reach that I’ll reset my goal to 138-which is around what I weighed in HS!!!
