oh no!!!! I didn't weigh myself all week, I tried eating healthily . however. at the weekend I splurged a little bit on fresh bread and butter 😨😨😨. 8lb gain!!!!! 😯😯 Even though my calorie average is below maintenance!!

well, I cheated a bit today. I usually do on a Saturday. HOWEVER, I am going to try so hard tomorrow the bad habit of overeating again on the Sunday!! 😳😳

I have had a better week then last week. However I average at 1580 rather than 1380. not great I know, it's always the weekend that let's me down. Hopefully I will have an average even closer to my goal this week. I'm going to try and be as accurate as possible. just as an aside, butter or low fat margarine.Which is healthier?? :)

Hmm, need to be a little bit stricter, gone over my calorie goal three days in a row. Not by a really large amount but it all adds up. (Switching Margarine to Butter from now on as I've read too much negativity about margarine and I eat lots of it more than I should). I know that with butter, i will only use a small amount. Happy counting.
