Also, so very very nice to have the muffin top gone. It is completely gone. I have a flat, super flat belly again. Side note, after hearing of kidney issues to a lady on here, I have looked up my minimum protein for a day .6 & or .8 X my weight in kilos. I think I am 72 kilos so 2 ounces to 1.5 ounces of protein a day. Also, just in case I am reading up on kidney problems & learning all I can about their diet with a lady Molly who's husband had a kidney health problem, & loved him enough to go back to cooking school to learn to cook just for him, & talks all over english speaking circuit now, hospitals.

Microwaved 2 cups brussel sprouts, w butter, & sea salt, the veg. are eaten first. Vegies, first then protein, as per Dr. Berg. That is when I'll decide what kind of a serving of protein to have.
I'm going to really try hard to drop that last pound keeping me from breaking through the 180 pounds ceiling, to 179 by December 1st. as per Tia's inspiration. I hope I don't have extra skin needing to be pulled up. I've dropped 45 lbs, and 42 to go, that is a total of 87 pounds. I never thought about skin. Will "baby oil" , or "coconut butter" help it spring back? I think I just lost my appetite, for my protein. Guess I shouldn't think about my skin at dinner time. Nothing dropping yet. But I'm no longer young, things aren't as forgiving to us "over the hills". I am 1/2 way there, real (piss poor) time to wonder now. I never expected to get even close. How was I to know someone invented "fat secret"?

had no clue I could break 181 to 180. now 179 is my next goal. I just had to get away from nasty old sugar & wheat the carbs!
