Fairly pleased with this weight. There’s been a few celebrations so my weight shot up. I managed to claw it back a bit, then this weekend I’ve gone way over my deficit, after a good week too. It hasn’t helped that my phone broke so I couldn’t log my food. I’ve still got leftover kebab in the fridge. Can’t waste it! So I’ll start again on Monday.🥙
Next Sunday is Mother’s Day, I’m having a planned day off and a nice meal out.

Weighed on Saturday as I took a few planned days off. Lovely home cooked meal for valentines, out for lunch with dad - as it was his first wedding anniversary without mum and a birthday meal on Sunday. It was nice but I did feel guilty, like I was ruining my progress. Back to being sensible again and undoing the damage!
