Dinner for 490 kcal: barley with chickpeas, broccoli, courgette and pesto. The portion was huge and didn't even fit in one plate!

430 kcal breakfast: scrambled tofu with spinach, tomatoes cooked in balsamic vinegar glaze, homemade hummus, sourdough bread, pickled red cabbage, coffee and spirulina, berries and coconut drink.

Dinner for 215 kcal: potato salad (again) with greens and chickpeas, dressed with some hummus and pesto. Had only a small portion because I was in a rush :/

Breakfast and lunch 2 in 1: 474 kcal.
Homemade hummus with carrots and olives, turmeric milk and a coffee with dates filled with peanut butter as a treat :D
