10 stone exactly! Recently I’ve been a bit annoyed at how slow my progress has been but I’ve been losing about a pound a week, which I know is perfectly reasonable. It’s just that we’re all focused on the end result rather than the journey to get there. Slow and steady it is!

I weigh every day and have been stuck at the same figure all week. I think I may have plateaued a bit. Currently I’m doing intermittent fasting, watching what I eat but not cutting anything specific, and about 8,000 steps per day (not 10,000 I know but I really struggle with getting them in!)
Any advice to kick start the weight loss again? I feel like I need a shake up! About half a stone to go.

Nearly a year to the day of giving birth I’m below my pre-pregnancy weight and can FINALLY get back into my jeans!!! Still a way to go but this is the non-scale victory I’ve been working towards for a long time 🥳

Haven’t weighed in for a while but like lots of people January means diet for me! Looking to lose those stubborn last pounds and get healthier!!
