HELLO FS FAMILY:
I HAVE NOT BEEN ENTERING MY FOOD INTAKE LATELY DUE TO I HAVE HAD A CRAZY MONTH. LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT, JOB SLOWED UP MY CASE HOLD AND A BREAK-UP AFTER 13-14 YEARS. NEEDED FATTY FOODS TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER. UP AND DOWN BUT AFTER THINKING ABOUT THIS ASS. i AM NOT GOING TO GIVE HIM THE SATISFACTION OF PUTTING BACK ON THE WEIGHT. I AM STILL AT 215 AND I WILL KEEP ON GOING. IT WAS HURTFUL AT FIRST, BUT EVERYDAY I AM GETTING STRONGER. I THANK EACH ONE OF YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT. M TOGETHER WE CAN DO THIS. I MIGHT NOT KNOW YOU ON A PERSONAL LEVEL BUT I HAVE LOVE FOR YOU ALL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND GOD TO KEEP UP STRONG. HAVE A SKINNY DAY.

I have not been doing very well due to bad tooth. I ate very soft food and gained back some of the weight. I am back this week in control. The tooth is removed and I am feeling better. I have lowered my RDI because I need to get off those 5 extra pounds that I gained. I am disappointed with myself because I worked so hard losing, and it is so easy gaining. I am going for 5 pounds this week. Keep me in prayer....Love Ya FS FAMILY
