~480 cal Lunch is a small pizza with a ton of sriracha and mixed salad. I try to eat balanced but not restrict myself in a way that makes me crave one specific thing as it would greatly endanger my willpower. I’m motivated!

Massive tea over 800 cal &went over my daily goal by about 200. I was so hungry today due to my period, Tbh I’m proud I didn’t have crisps or choccy😂I made fresh garlic naan for my bf & couldn’t resist to have one myself, didn’t eat up my rice though

It’s that time of the month again and I’m in agony, got painkillers and ginger tea at the ready though 🥲I always wonder why the pains are the worst on a Monday? On a positive note though, I’m motivated to stick with my tracking, especially because I’ll be attending a wedding in 8 weeks and would love to lose some weight by then. Hope you are all ok
