Spoke a bit too soon with yesterday's comment after weigh in. Above plate was one of four! Weight loss and Indian buffet restaurants don't mix. But then again if your going out, may as well enjoy it. Some salad only days ahead.

Up slightly which I was expecting. Real hard work starts now. Need to start incorporating exercise into my routine without upping the calorie intake to make any headway. Let's see how I get on.

Going in right direction but started taking on some pointless calories via chocolate/cake slices, etc in evening. Calories in red meat an eye opener.

Weight going in correct direction. Body fat % much better. 2 more weeks of fasting left. Hopefully a couple more kilos will be lost as long as discipline is kept with evening meals.
