4lbs off this week! Counting calories along with daily walking and 4 workouts a week seems to be working!
I’ve also lost this week;
0.5” off of my legs
0.25” off of my arms
0.5” off of my waist
Feeling great about this.
My goal is to lose another 7lbs before the end of the year.

First entry in almost 2 years.
Back down to pre-baby weight! Just over a stone lost in 11 weeks.
Focusing on realistic goals and creating new habits that I can stick to 🥗🚶🏼♀️
- 3l water daily
- 30 min - 1hr walk every day
- cal deficit (1650 daily goal)
- watch & track GL
- workout 4/5x a week
