Another small drop, but a drop none the less. I had deviated from strictly carnivore WOE last 30 days and that’s what happens. Back on track this week. Let’s see what happens.

Finally got under 300. First time in 28 years. Now on to 275.

Another small drop this week, but a drop none the less. Didn’t get a chance to work out this past week but did go hiking a few times. Time to hit the gym. Hope to be in the 200’s for the first time in 30 years by next week. God is good. 👍
