This can be confusing. I looked up the nutrient value on the fat secret calculator. One cup of spaghetti squash reports that it has 4.1 fats. But when I Google it it says one cup of spaghetti squash is .04 g of fat. This is very misleading especially when one is wanting to be exact. This is happened with other things that I have looked up.
