I moved house on the 5th of June and had a lot to do to it, (still have a lot to do, who knew it would be so hard to get a Decorator).
I've been living on fact god since then coz I can't get into the kitchen to cook so I've gained nearly 6lb, but all is not lost. I'm back to contain calories, fat and carbs. I how to get this off by next month, wish me luck

I am surprised that I have lost anything this week. It was my sisters birthday on Monday and we had afternoon tea delivered, it was a huge amount of food. I ate my full and had some to take home. Then on Wednesday I got a new house so I have started getting rid of junk in the process of moving. (I have accumulated an amazing amount of junk but I'm being ruthless)
I have not been eating all that healthily so surprised I've lost
