doing terrible felt ill for week....I'm logging and trying to stay focused..as long as the wine doesn't climb into my shopping bag!!😳

3 .half mile run...pace 9.41 ...massive difference since starting kettlebell...run was a breeze today..never thought weights would make such a difference in performance🏃🏃🏃👊👊👊

Oh dear...7 hours decorating yesterday...didn't eat properly apart from couple of eggs..then epic fail at 6 pm of curry rice naan and bottle of sauvingon!!!!! 😳😳
