Somehow I am gaining weight. I exercise more, have mixed things up, started working with a trainer, walk during my lunch break at work and bring my lunch! I do not get it. I am totally perplexed and frustrated. I teach at the gym 4x a week (1 hour cycling classes) so I can't starve myself bc I need energy to teach. Help!

I hate that I SIT all day at work. For hours. I would much rather be moving....but stuck in a cubicle all day. When I trained for my first marathon January-May I lost 17 pounds. As soon as the race was over I gained it all back immediately. With a full time job and 4 kids it's hard to keep up that kind of training. Now I need to pay for attention to the food I am eating.
