Here are am, restarting my diet. I'm lousy at maintaining weight, but very good at gaining it.
In 3,5 months I've gained 4 kg! At the beginning I was just eating a bit more calories than during my weight loss. I was fasting, training and riding my bike. Everything was under control. Than I started to eat more and not following my macros, therefore there were unbalanced for my food plan. Yet the biggest gain happened during the August and almost a month of holidays in Portugal. First 2 weeks were ok: I did my keto and trained in a gym 4 times a week. Than we moved to different house with our friends and than I couldn't keep up with my diet anymore... I let myself enjoy carbs and sweets. Also didn't train and didn't sleep properly. It's fine. I'll start all over again. I'm always very motivated when I have to loose weight, I wish I had the same motivation to maintain it. Finger crossed, let's do it!
