I've totally and completely "fallen off the bandwagon". I went on vacation mid September and as soon as i was getting back into a good gym routine i ended up having an emergency appendectomy and i cant do any 'heavy lifting' for another 4 weeks.

My scale is dead so i couldnt tell you exactly what my weight is, but i'm pretty sure its around 137-140.

Starting Monday i will be back on the bandwagon and back at the gym, doing as much as i can. I need to get focused for the holidays to avoid the usual Christmas 15!
