if your scale only measures in whole and 1/2 increments, lets say when you get on it says 150.5, but if you stay there just a second to long it says 151. can you still log the 150.5? Please?

started yoli today. first impressions? simple process. almost made it to required grams of protein, missed by about 10....
they say your supposed to have as many grams of protein as half your current weight, same in oz of water. no problem in the water dept, I drink an average of 16.9oz an hour.
Passion certainly gives you an energy boost, had my first Passion at 4:30, still feeling the effects over 7 hours later. says your supposed to have another Passion mid-late afternoon, decided against that one. would rather be able to sleep when the time comes.
Shakes, the chocolate is actually good! More often than not, most shakes I try, require me to down and chase. Just dont care for them.
Best part, working 12 hour days 7 days a week for weeks on end, today I wasnt and didnt get tired. For this I am grateful. If weight loss comes with the process, then all the better.
So, so far, over all today was a win.
Day 5 of "my" diet. Day 1 on Yoli.
Cant wait for the results in a week or even two.
Did I mention the yoli shake actually taste good? j/s

I had 10 club crackers and felt guilty all day! then lost 2 lbs. shrug!
