I’m really happy about my results😄
My starting weight was 78.8 kg. I totally lost my self confidence and started to have problems with feet and posture at that times. My heartbeat wasn’t okay even when I was calm. Excess weight indeed made my life worse
Now already 8.2 kilograms has gone and I feel myself much better in my body. Still have a work to do but I believe I will make it :)
Thank you FatSecret community, you’re all really great 😊 It’s a pleasure to track my calories with such a kind people surrounding❤️
