I've eaten so much this week as my mental health has taken a big tumble. Over 2000 Kcal every day. I think I'm going to take the rest of the week of calorie counting off to try and reduce stress and try again next week even though i will probably have put a lot of weight on. :/

4 binges in a week so I am not surprised, but ready to tackle the new week and try improve!

I am going to really focus on my hunger and try to only eat when I am actually hungry as opposed to the fake signals my brain sends me.

Hi,

I've been here a week or so and you all seem so supportive I wanted to write a bit about my struggle. I am a big emotional eater and since lockdown I've started showing signs of binge eating where I just can't stop eating. I'm hoping this app will make me more aware of what i'm eating and the healthier choices I can make.
