Small workout this morning. Breakfast this morning is Kodiak waffles, cottage cheese, strawberries, blueberries and clementine orange. Let the day begin.

I don't mind going up slightly. It was for a good reason. I had a baby shower for my daughter-in-law this weekend and I indulged with my food intake.
My very first grandbaby is due in July. So so happy

Today I went to a Zumba class. Haven't done that in about 12 years. OMG talk about working up a sweat. Well it's now on my calendar for every Tuesday. Between that and 2 days a week with a trainer hoping to see some results.

Getting there slowly but surely. I haven't weighed under 150 in so long. However, my best accomplishment was... I was actually able to do floor push-ups. I haven't been able to do those since high school, just never had the have strength in my arms. So happy I'm keeping up with my training routine where I was finally able to achieve this. Little things like this make me happy.
