Well, no more 🍰 and 🍞 for a while. Funny thing, I managed to fit into a size 13 'Fashion Nova' skinny leg jeans, not bad for a 58 year old (even if I say so myself). I trust you will have a lovely day😉😉😉.

Good morning from the UK, yesterday went so fast. Our Spinning Class Trainer is now back & I am hoping for another good class just like yesterday , tonight. I think I'll make meatballs with pasta for my main meal tonight. Now that I eat only 1 meal a day, 3 times a week meal planning is so much more easier. Anyway, I trust you have a blessed day☺
