I've lost a little bit of weight, but I haven't been doing the best sticking to the eating style that i've been aiming towards. My biggest weakness is going out for pancakes with my boo... But I've decided to offer and agreement with him to cut our pancake consumption down to once or twice a month to save money and fat!

Today has been going great so far! I ran up hill for fifteen minuets and walked down with one of my good friends. It's nice to get running again even if it is a little bit slower than what I was at! I feel awesome, compared to this past week I have a lot more energy today and don't feel as tired. Day one is always the easiest though... I bought a ton of fruits and veggies and will be making kale chips and some paleo granola bars this afternoon!

I plan on starting a paleo diet tomorrow! I've tried this diet before and did it for about a week, but went on a vacation with my family and got a little thrown off. Either way I'm excited to get back to feeling great! I also plan on going back to running, I use to run 4-6 days a week, but with the start of summer and hot weather i've been finding myself at my computer more than outside. So cheers to tomorrow and the start of a new healthier lifestyle!
