Well been crazy life lots of death in family I’ve been sick tummy issues to the point I’m cutting out a lot of food nothing seems to be helping starting at the basics before I starve myself. Nutrients are not getting into my cells working with my messed you body no energy can’t sleep much. So many things I can’t eat do lots of broth and teas Trying salmon salad tonight for dinner!

Well hi everyone it’s snowing continuously here we’re in the minus degrees but surviving just got a good cooking idea for everybody that’s on your keto or your carnivore or you just want a meal prep a bunch of eggs take your sheet pan preheat it to 425° Take it out of the oven put olive oil or any kind of oil you want on it crack about 10 eggs you can do more or less depending on your family size pop that back in the oven for five minutes and you’ve got fried eggs if you want the yolks to be cooked longer just leave it in a little longer Just the tip I ran across from a YouTube video of Well Done you can look her up on YouTube. She’s got other videos.🌨️☃️☃️☃️

Well I’m done eating peanut butter for a while I had allergic reaction one step away from needing medical help breathing is important lol took antihistamine AKA Benadryl 1/2 dose as not to fall asleep 😴 from it. My days been crazy bloody nose on top of it resting glad for my EMT-firefighting skills when I was one tomorrow is a better day!
