I'm my own enemy.
I'm not holding myself accountable. I've eaten way more than I should have. I'm aware of it but ignore my concerns when it comes to that good feeling high that abounds when eating something I know I shouldn't. Years of being this way are going to be hard to change. I feel like a skinny healthy person in a fat suit. That might be a bit of an exaggeration. Eh I don't know. I haven't recorded down what I've eaten probably because I'm scared to see it all in one go. Eaten little bits of crap I shouldn't is so easy to dismiss if seen as a tiny bit not a big huge massive list of shit. I'm going to try today. No try. Do.

This is actually my starting weight. I wanted to bury my head in the sand about the big number. I'm very near to surpassing my biggest weight sans pregnancy.

Well I've always loved to eat. Especially with no regard as to how healthy it should be. I hate to admit but I eat whenever I'm feeling emotional or bored. I weighed myself yesterday and was very embarrassed. 200 pounds. I've always been about that weight. Up until four months ago I was 189. Never weighed less than that. I was on holiday and gorged and really haven't stopped since. What keeps me from ballooning is I'm breastfeeding. If I wasn't I'd be several stone bigger. I'm making myself accountable now. I will think about and realise what I'm eating. That at least is a start.
