Monster salad for a late late lunch.

I woke at 238.8, down 6.7, after a fasting day that helped me lose some of the extra water from my New York trip last weekend and a meal out every day this past week. Heading out again today for an afternoon meeting with my CEO, but I don't know if that will result in a dinner situation.

Up to 238.8 after a New York City weekend and steady dinners out in DC. Fasted on Thursday to get back down. I had been up to 245.5 this past week.

This entry covers Wednesday and Thursday, May 8 and 9. Woke at 244.3, back up 1.1 from 243.2 on Tuesday. Then woke at 245.5 today, up 1.3. It has been a huge week of eating out (and eating the wrong things). Clear proof of what happens when I allow extra calories and carbs. I'm fasting today. Got down to 243.9 by 3 pm and hoping for a bit more before the day is over. Moving out the extra water and bulk.
