hmmmmhmmmmhmmmm added popcorn carbs last 2weeks and heavier weight lifting. Member on carnivore(OldAtkins). Love popcorn so accepting bloating. Had none before any carbs introduced back. Every time happens including pickled vegetables become bloated, sucks!. Don't miss that.
Carb cravings gone once I eat my omad.
Popcorn for watching movies hahahaha, like because do not get more hungry after, woohoo.
Blood pressure avg last month 117/63.
Still rebounding(everyday1-2hrs a day) with rowing(twice a week), weight-lifting(3 times a week)includes farmers carry.
Can now jog down and up my 3 flights of stairs.
