I have put weight on but I am now trying to get back down to my goal weight of 8st as feel more comfortable at that weight. I have been having too many treats !! biscuits, chocolate, cakes so now going back to writing down everything I eat .

It's been difficult few months but I am determined to get back on track !!!

It's been very difficult trying to keep weight down as had some health problems have now been diagnosed with a mild form of Crohn's disease & on non-inflammatory medication so feel very Hungary lots of times !!

Been having too many chocolate ginger biscuits !!!! also ice cream Carte dor do a delicious tub of dark chocolate ice cream I do weigh each portion I have so now I am cutting down & only having this treat 3 times per week which has been making a difference
