I've been so hungry lately!
I can't remember eating this much before. Just ate almost a whole jar of salsa with bean chips. . . .I'm starting to question my cravings.

I made kale, carrot, and potato hash browns fried in all kinds of plant based oil and pancakes to top it off. I only grazed a little off the hash browns and gave the rest to my boyfriend!
I'm really feeling proud of myself.

Right off the bat when I became vegan I dropped a ton of weight, but I stayed there....and never lost.
I've been limiting my intake and recording what I do eat, and I feel like that's what's helping me lose weight. Before and after I eat, I think more than I used to, so I don't binge eat.
