this is very slow going..1lb a week..but there again I'm not even able to go for a nice walk..which I used to so enjoy..so I suppose at least I'm going the right way!

oh dear..shows I haven't been on this app for a very long time! Got to loose a lot of weight with diets only as I now have a mobility scooter so don't do any exercise ( walking) which is how I lost weight the first time around..also have moved to a ground floor flat so don't even have any stairs to use! wish me luck please!
