Duck eggs and smoked salmon. Day 4 of quitting sugar and eating healthy! last night I had the worst headache 🤕 I think it’s my body having a tantrum because I’m not giving in to what it wants 😆 but raring for the day!

So I’m still feeling super good!!! Although I felt a bit of a sugar crash this morning and could have easily reached for a bag of tang fastics. I stayed strong. 😂 I know it’s only day 3 but I would have usually “treated” myself by now 😆

I am feeling so super confident this week! I haven’t been home at all since last night as I stayed at a friends but I’ve still managed too eat well, Where is usually grab fast food or a pasta from the petrol station, I chose lean meats a veggies. I’ve also read that when craving sugar you should munch on green beans...and so far it’s worked (however) I’ve only been doing this for two days...but I feel good :)
