Started to give up today, actually eating crisps while watching my 600lb life, and getting mad at the person on the show for saying they were trying while eat fried foods.
Then realised I was doing the same thing. And got mad and emotional at myself. And started feeling fat and Just fed up.
Few hours later my monthly showed up 🧐 so that explained all the emotional rollercoaster I was on today.
Family had chicken and chippy chips and onion rings for tea... I had 2 chicken thighs and a salad and then actually went for a 30 min walk 😮 I don’t walk. It hurts to walk as I have poor motiblity and had a partial mastectomy in September so I hate walking .... but I did it for 30 min 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Actually REALLY proud of myself tonight now.
