Steel cut oats, dried blueberries, cranberries & sour cherries cooked with 1-2 cups water & 1 tsp cinnamon. Blood orange & navel orange juice on the side

Mid-challenge scans.
Slightly up on weight (all fat) & pretty sure it all sits in the special lunch I had yesterday. Reasonably happy that my muscle mass held steady, but gonna put in more effort in the back half of the challenge....
