1lb on this week, it's getting harder to lose the weight now and because of rheumatoid arthritis I can barely walk never mind excersise. I have lost 4 stone in the last 7 months but the scale hasn't moved for the last 2 weeks. We'll I will just have to think of something else

I started this diet on August 16th last year and up till now I've lost 4 stone 1 lb. I achieved this by intermittent fasting, but now the weight is slowing and I can't excersise as I'm partially disabled. Had anyone got any advice for me.
