Considering I've been to Africa and enjoyed some over indulgence, had a week in the sun and I'm still the same is a mighty achievement. Clearly I wasn't as bad as I thought. Still downwards we go 😎

Thought I'd cheat with a takeaway pizza as I'd had another long day at the new house. For my sins I got a small bout of food poisoning. I had put a couple of lbs back on but thanks to the bad pizza I've lost more weight. Every cloud has a silver lining lol but no more pizza.
