I knew I’d put on a bit of weight whilst we was away, to be honest I thought I’d put on more, so I’ll take that on the chin! Back on it now, more determined then ever to get to my goal weight! I can do this !!!!

Heading back home today after a week away!
So back to counting calories and make note of everything I eat!
I’m not looking forward to seeing what the scans say come weigh in on Thursday, but life to short to get hung up on everything, you only live once, so I’ve enjoyed my time away and will remember our first family holiday as a three!
On another note I’m very pleased that I worked out at the hotel gym every morning and went for a lovely stroll after our evening meal, so glad I kept up on my fitness!
Guess that’s why I’m happy lol!!
Bye Bulgaria will miss you!!!
Back home to England!

I’m extremely happy with that, haven’t weighed under 77kg in years, since my late teens!! Hard work and determination! Next week will be a test as we are off to Bulgaria all inclusive for 7 nights! But chuffed to have lost so much already!!!! 😀😀😀😀
